Did you say your mom DELIVERS cookie dough right to your house? Do you KNOW how lucky you are! For the first time in more than ten years, we are not giving cookie tins to all our neighbors because we don’t even have time to MAKE the dough, let alone get sick off it!

HA! you know cookie dough as raw eggs in it, right? Does that help? And hey it’s HARD to make a good cookie dammit! Don’t belittle my slaving away (aka adding eggs, butter and water to a Betty Crocker mix) in the kitchen to make the holidays special (aka put everyone in a sugar coma) for my family. Next year I’ll invite YOUR MOM to my cookie party.. maybe SHE WILL SHOW UP!!

Jen you have me in fits of silent laughter (am holding sleeping youngling!).

I am the same when it comes to eating the dough, it’s just so scrumptious.

I must admit it is totally satisfying to lick the bowl after making the mixture from scratch – seriously give it a go. And try choc chip scones – YUM!!!!

Ok am salvating all over my laptop now.
