The concept of 10 goals is awesome, I chose 12 today as I was working on mine for 2010. My reasoning for 12 is so I have one to focus on each month and each of those will have sub-goals. Of course I'll still update my 101 Goals list as I do every year just to keep the "bigger picture" in mind. I went a step beyond putting my goals on my blog, I am having a small book published so that I can carry it around with me wherever and keep myself motivated all year long. I have filled this book with all my goals I plan to accomplish in 2010.
