		<description>ugh, i had about 80 oz of gravy on thursday, the water goal is way healthier.  I went to my trainer on Friday to get back on track, all she did was make fun of my double chin and call me fatty all day, does anyone have any ideas if this is &quot;normal&quot; trainer behavior?</description>
