Digital Love. Oh Yes, It Is Real
I might be divorced soon.
I really might.
You see, I married a good man. A patient man. A sweetheart of a man.
But still… he is probably going to leave me. AND IT IS ALL HIS FAULT, BY THE WAY. My husband unknowingly contributed to my social media obsession.
For my birthday he organized my family into getting me Best Buy gift certificates so that I might buy a laptop. And for Christmas he bought me an iPhone, which means I am now connected ALL THE TIME.
Oh yes. He DID.
I am Tweeting(@MammaMania)
I am Whrrrling.
I am Facebooking. My BLOG is Facebooking. I am LinkedIn.
I am on YouTube, for crying out loud.
People, I am everywhere. All the time.
Which is why he is totally to blame. So he technically brought the whole “divorce issue” on himself.
Right?

Santa brought hubby and I the MyTouch 3G phone from Tmobile and we both love it. I told hubby, “I’ll never be bored again.” I do have to remind myself to unplug though.
Haha this reminds me of my household. OH doesnt realise that my cyber life is keeping me sain after spending so much time talking in goo’s and gaa’s to a ten month old.
I actually have a blog entry in rough which I am going to type up later questioning whether modern technology is a blessing or curse.
Look out for it.
And I really hope you dont get divorced
xx

Oh, goodness–this is so me, too! Well, I’m not as socially connected…I am Facebook challenged, and I’m not on YouTube. But I so LOVE my iPhone! It is such a fantastic tool for managing my life…although my hubby accuses it of managing me, LOL! He, too, bought me my laptop and my iPhone…I didn’t want an iPhone, but he kept promising me I’d love it…well, now I can give him the pleasure of saying “I told you so,” only I don’t think *this* is what he had in mind!
How did we mothers survive before laptops and iPhones? Okay, so I *could* survive, but my electronic gadgets just make my life easier and much more fun!

You big silly! Your hubby worships the ground you walk on!
Just for the record, I side with you! MR. Gerloch brought it on himself! LOL!
It sounds like True Love to me!

Maybe instead of looking at this from the standpoint of them “taking time away” from hubby, instead I should view it as an opportunity for him to be connected to me… ALL THE TIME.
Brilliant!
I am too jealous about the iphone to speak to you, Ever. Again.
Bitch!
