You know those moments? The moments that seem innocent enough at the time but end up making such a dramatic impact on you that they define you or your future?
Each day we have the power to change lives by things that we say and things that we do. Which, if you think about it, is incredibly powerful and also slightly frightening.
I’ve been thinking about those momentary encounters and how powerful they are after watching a TEDxToronto talk given by Drew Dudley. He calls them “lollipop moments.” (If you do nothing today, watch this video. It changed my perspective on how I interact with others.)
This week’s #vlogmom topic is about lollipop moments and how they have changed our lives forever.
“Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, it is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our lightness and not our darkness that frightens us. We need to get over our fear of howextraordinarilypowerful we are in each other’s lives.” – Drew Dudley
