It is mid-September yet I can already feel my skin drying out from lack of moisture. Ugh.

Fall is far and away my favorite season but it ushers in with it a whole slew of beauty concerns. And standing at the top of the concern list is dry, cracked skin.

I’ve been a big fan of (seed) Body Care products for years now. I really love the owner’s personal story as well as the science behind the products that the couple creates together.

I’m always thrilled to try out a new product of theirs and I am never, never disappointed.

Their newest offering is a line of body oil products in two different fragrances: “Therapeutic” and  “Relaxing Aromatherapy.”

They are fabulous!

At first I wasn’t sure what to expect or how exactly to use them. So, I waited until after the shower and sprayed the oil on my newly shaved legs. (What? I am not ALWAYS lazy, okay? Occasionally I exert some effort.) The spray is super-nourishing and not at all greasy. I was expecting more of a baby oil consistency but these were much lighter and absorbed very quickly.

By the way, the ingredient list in the (seed) Body Oil is to die for – grape seed oil, sunflower seed oil, jojoba seed oil and apricot kernel oil coupled with essential oils. The men in my house definitely preferred the therapeutic smell but I adored the relaxing version. Ahh….

If you have a problem with dry skin in the colder months, you will want to give these a try. (Available at Whole Foods or online at seed.alice.com)

Disclosure- I was provided with a sample of the body oil to experience. I was not compensated or asked to provide a review of these products. All opinions are my own.
