I need a challenge and I need it now.

My health is suffering and I’m not motivated in the least to do anything about it. (Except sleep.)

I’m not ready to do anything ridiculous at this point, but I am looking to embark on some sort of program to kick start myself.

So, after analyzing my work and family commitments I’ve come up with a pretty solid (and definitely easy) plan.

I’m calling it my ’30 for 30.’

There are no major rules. No insurmountable obstacles. Basically, all I have to do is get up off my ass and do some form of exercise for 30 minutes each day for 30 consecutive days.

The options are limitless – running, video, walking, bike riding, weight training, etc.

I figure if I keep it simple, I can stick to it. No judgment on the method I choose, as long as I choose one. (Obviously, it has to be intentional exercise to count.)

My time frame is March 23 – April 21. I’ll keep you posted on my progress. Won’t you consider joining in?
